Divine Protection? What’s That?

“Fear will kill you”: As my Grandma Helen used to say, “don’t live in fear—fear will kill you”.  This concept was something I would hear for most of my childhood.  So believe me when I say, it has taken me most of my life to finally understand what my Grandma was saying to me.  This is my super abridged gangster-version; without taking risks, every collective victory or spiritual prophecy that is supposed to occur within you, won’t even begin to happen if you’re acting like a scared little bitch.  And we can’t have that now, can we?

In order to break free from fear, try doing something out of the ordinary once in a while, it helps.  You can start taking bigger steps by being brave, that’s always hardcore. Very often, we never walk through walls simply because we’re constantly seeking approval from other humans and not Spirit.  Ultimately, if we keep second guessing ourselves, we’re not going to ascend anywhere?

No one’s asking you to be reckless with anything, but get out once and awhile and risk getting your hands dirty.  Although risk and suffering often intersect, it’s almost always worth it to be diverse.  Make no mistake, the way “you choose” to live your life is yours and whatever you choose to engage in throughout your days-and-nights, please be considerate of others.  Remember to be sure to hold space in your heart for noble causes and take action without fear for those in need, we can all do more.  One more thing, while you’re out there kicking ass, don’t forget to own every moment: every choice and spoken word.

The bottom line, a healthy dose of risk is great for the body and soul, that’s my final Jeopardy answer. Who the hell wants to live a mediocre existence?  Conquer yourself first; you can start by, (1) addressing your own fears, (2) stop second-guessing who you are, and finally, (3) be a warrior!  If you don’t know who you are, use your own intuition and figure it out.  If it’s your path to be successful, to fail, or to die…be about it.  No one is promised anything in this world. In the end, stand tall before almighty Crom and most importantly—don’t flinch (Conan reference level: supreme).
